Q. What is your store return policy?

It's simple--if it doesn't work, bring it back (only exception--large trees and customs).

All returns and/or exchanges are to be with the item(s) in "as-sold" condition, and with the original sales tag(s) attached--then:

  • cash, check, or credit refund within 24 hours (with receipt).
  • exchanges or store credit within 3 days (with receipt).
  • no returns or exchanges on large trees and any custom work.

We know that you have to be completely satisfied with our products in your home or office for you to remain a loyal customer, and for you to tell your friends and acquaintances good things about us. We know that only happy people come back!
